1. Service Agreement
All services are provided based on prior booking and confirmation. Prices and schedules are subject to agreement between the company and the client.
2. Payments
Payments must be made in full as per the agreed quotation. Additional charges may apply for extra work not included in the original agreement.
3. Liability
While we ensure high-quality services, Mubadala Technical Services L.L.C is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, negligence, or third-party actions.
4. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to our policy.
5. Privacy
We respect your privacy and only use your personal information for service purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

١. اتفاقية الخدمة
يتم تقديم جميع الخدمات بناءً على الحجز المسبق والتأكيد. الأسعار والجداول الزمنية تخضع للاتفاق بين الشركة والعميل.
٢. المدفوعات
يجب دفع المبالغ كاملة وفقًا للتسعيرة المتفق عليها. قد يتم تطبيق رسوم إضافية على الأعمال الإضافية غير المشمولة في الاتفاق الأصلي.
٣. المسؤولية
بينما نضمن تقديم خدمات عالية الجودة، فإن شركة مبادلة للخدمات الفنية ذ.م.م غير مسؤولة عن الأضرار الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام أو الإهمال أو أفعال طرف ثالث.
٤. الإلغاء والاسترداد
يجب إجراء الإلغاء قبل ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل من موعد الخدمة المحدد. سيتم معالجة الاسترداد (إن وجد) وفقًا لسياستنا.
٥. الخصوصية
